This daypack sized backpack is perfect for everyday usage. Great for biking, hiking, and trave, the double closure strap works well with work better with blanket rolls, yoga mat, and the like.

Includes one large main roll-top compartment (4" x 12" x 25.5"), one laptop pocket located inside the main compartment, and one small front pocket. The laptop pocket fits a 15" laptop and protects it with a removable industrial felt liner. This felt inset also provides cushioning for your back and helps the bag keep its shape when empty. The front pocket has a zippered closure and is sized to fit a U-lock, books, and other essentials. The main compartment quickly rolls down and is secured with a metal G-hook.

These bags are made with #8 Duck Martinex Original Waxed canvas. This material is extremely durable, incredibly supple and highly water repellent. Feel completely comfortable riding in the rain with the bag because of the rolltop closure and waxed canvas. The shoulder straps are made with industrial felt, adjustable and feel great - even on bare skin. Each logo is laser etched leather.

Each bag is a labor of love with the highest respect given to all of the materials. These bags all live up to my high standards of use, wear and aesthetics.

About Munie Designs

Munie Designs is Jeff Munie and began in 2010 as a small experimental design workshop. They're dedicated to creating thoughtful products for life. They strive to keep their designs as elegant as possible, use responsible, sustainable or repurposed materials and create appealing forms.

Jeff has been “sketching his entire life”, but only became interested in industrial design as an undergrad at the University of Illinois, Chicago. He was a pre-med chemistry major until one fateful day when he went to see a friend’s project in the Art and Design hall. “As soon as I walked into the building, I realized, I have to be here.” He switched his focus, though you can still see the importance of scientific precision and proportions in his process.
