RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The MiA Shop is comprised of many artists and designers that each have their own returns and exchanges policies. Every product listing contains information as to these policies, but we assure that all designers and artists do their utmost to accommodate returns, exchanges or product alterations and fixes should customers be unsatisfied.
Items should be returned to the designated location new, unused, and with all designer item tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please contact us directly if you are interested in making a return or exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
The MiA Shop accepts returns on purchases that are defective or became damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective please e-mail a return or exchange request to The MiA Project Customer Service WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM with a description of the defects or damages (email@example.com).
When emailing to return defective merchandise, please include:
1) Order number and customer name in the email subject line
2) Item information: quantity and reason for return in the body of the e-mail
If The MiA Project approves the return request, we will issue a return authorization number and a packing label for you to use. If we are able, we will replace the damaged item.
